Account Settings

Password, billing and closing your account.

On this page

Account settings cover the things that are about you rather than about your receptionist: your login, your plan, and what happens to your data.

Your login

  1. 1

    Changing your password

From your account settings. If you signed in with Google, your password lives with Google rather than with us.

  2. 2

    If you've forgotten it

Use the reset link on the login page. It emails you a way back in — we can’t see or send your existing password.

  3. 3

    Changing your email

Update it in account settings. Remember to update it in Owner alerts too if that’s where your leads go — they’re separate settings.

Give everyone their own login

If more than one person uses the account, add them properly rather than sharing yours. See Team Members.

Billing and your plan

Billing shows your current plan, your usage and your invoices. Pricing is based on how much you use it, and there’s no long contract.

Your plan
What you're on now, and what it includes.
Usage
What you've used this period, so a bill is never a surprise.
Invoices
Your billing history, downloadable for your records.
Payment method
Update the card here. A failed payment is emailed before anything is interrupted.

Judge the plan against recovered revenue

Your Attribution screen shows what you paid beside what was booked and held. That comparison, not the invoice on its own, is the honest way to decide whether the plan is right.

Your data

Your calls, recordings, transcripts and leads belong to your business. They’re visible only to logins on your account, and never to another business on the platform.

Exporting
Leads can be exported at any time, with contact details, outcome and consent status.
Recordings and transcripts
Available while your account is open, and reachable from each conversation.
Deletion requests
If a customer asks for their record to be removed, contact support and we'll handle it.

Consent travels with the contact

When you export leads, the consent status goes with them. Don’t load an exported list into another system and message everyone on it — the people who opted out are still opted out.

Closing your account

  1. 1

Export anything you want to keep

Leads first. Do this before you cancel, not after.

  2. 2

    Turn off call forwarding

On your own phone, at your carrier. Your number then rings exactly as it did before — this is the step that actually restores your old setup.

  3. 3

    Cancel from Billing

No notice period and no exit call required.

Your number is yours throughout. Nothing about closing your account affects it.

Seasonal businesses often want this. Tell us what you need — it’s a reasonable ask and worth a conversation rather than cancelling and setting up again in spring.
