Getting started
Most owners are answering live calls within 15 minutes. You add your business details, list the work you take, set your hours, then make a test call to hear it yourself. Nothing about your existing phone changes until you decide to forward it.
Once your calendar is connected, it offers real open slots and books the one the customer picks. Both of you get the confirmation. If you'd rather approve bookings yourself, you can set it to collect a preferred time instead.
Calls
It doesn't guess. If a caller asks something outside what you've taught it, it says it will have someone follow up, captures their details and the question, and alerts you. You can also set it to transfer certain calls straight to a person.
It answers every hour of every day. Outside your business hours it says you're closed, still captures the lead, and books the first slot you're actually open. You can set separate rules for genuine emergencies.
Open the call, read the transcript, and find the detail it got wrong. Correct that detail in Business Config — a price, an hour, a service you don't offer — and it applies to every call from then on. You are teaching a record, not retraining a model.
It answers every call at once. Ten people can ring you at the same moment and all ten get answered on the first or second ring. This is usually the single biggest change owners notice in their first week.
Setup
Yes. You keep your number and simply forward calls to CaughtLeads — either all calls, or only the ones you don't pick up within a few rings. Your number stays yours, and you can turn forwarding off at any time from your phone.
Billing
Pricing is on the pricing page and is based on how much you use it. There is no long contract. Your bill and current plan are always visible under Billing in your account.
Yes. You can cancel from the Billing screen. Turn off call forwarding on your phone and calls ring your line exactly as they did before. Your call history and captured leads remain exportable.
Trust & compliance
Your receptionist identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call, and tells the caller the call may be recorded. That is a legal requirement in most places, and in practice callers do not mind: they care about being answered and getting a time booked.
Your calls, recordings, transcripts and leads belong to your business and are visible only to logins you've created. Nothing is shared with another business on the platform, and your phone number is never used for anyone else.
It can follow up by text, but only with people who have given permission, and every message includes a way to opt out. Consent is tracked for each contact under Leads & Consent, and a contact who has opted out is never messaged again.
