Changing or Cancelling
Switch plan, update your card, or close the account.
Everything on this page happens from Billing, and none of it requires a phone call with us.
Changing plan
- Onto a savings plan
- The discount applies to your base from the next billing cycle. Usage rates are unchanged.
- Back to pay-as-you-go
- Available at the end of a commitment term rather than part-way through it.
- Updating your card
- Same screen, takes a moment.
Cancelling
- 1
Export your leads first
While the account is still open. It takes a minute, and it is the one thing that is awkward to sort out afterwards.
- 2
Turn off call forwarding
On your own phone, at your carrier. This is the step that actually restores your old setup, and it is the one people forget.
- 3
Cancel from Billing
No notice period, and no exit conversation required.
Forwarding is the one that matters
What happens to your data
Your calls, recordings, transcripts and leads belong to your business. Export what you want before you close the account.
Consent travels with the contact
Your number is always yours
You never handed it over, so there is nothing to hand back. Turn off forwarding and it rings exactly as it did before you started.
Seasonal trades ask this a lot. It is a reasonable request, and worth asking about rather than cancelling and rebuilding from scratch in spring.
Turn off call forwarding at your carrier. Your account stays as it is, and nothing is metered while no calls reach it. Turn it back on when you want.
