Pricing & Plans
The trial, pay-as-you-go, and the savings plans.
A small monthly base plus what the receptionist actually uses. No retainer, no per-seat charge, and nothing to pay while you’re still setting up.
Trial
Seven days, free, no card needed to start.
You get the full setup wizard and a working receptionist you can ring. One thing to know up front: the trial is a sandbox. You can build everything and hear it work, but it won’t message real customers.
Why the trial can't message people
Pay as you go
- Monthly base
- $49 per month.
- Voice
- From $0.12 per minute of call time.
- Text
- From $0.03 per message segment.
- Commitment
- None. Cancel whenever you like.
The base covers your number, your account and the setup. Everything on top is metered, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.
Savings plans
If you know you’re staying, commit and pay less for the base. Usage rates don’t change; only the base does.
- 3-month commitment
- 15% off the base.
- 12-month prepaid
- 30% off the base.
Which one to be on
- Still setting up
- Trial. Build it, ring it, change what you don't like. Nothing is charged.
- First few months live
- Pay as you go. You don't know your real call volume yet, and guessing costs more than the discount is worth.
- Settled, and staying
- A savings plan. By then you know your monthly minutes and the commitment is a real saving rather than a bet.
Don't commit in week one
Is it worth it?
Don’t judge this from the invoice alone. Open Attribution and put the two numbers side by side: what you paid, against the value of appointments that were booked and held.
A month, in round numbers
$49 base and 210 voice minutes at $0.12 comes to about $74. Over the same month the receptionist booked 16 appointments and 12 of them held, worth around $8,900 of work.
The four that didn’t hold aren’t in that figure. They shouldn’t be.
