Reports

The monthly summary you can print or send on.

On this page

The report is a one-page summary of what your receptionist recovered over a period, laid out as a clean printable sheet rather than a dashboard. It’s designed to be saved as a PDF and sent to someone who doesn’t have a login.

Your dashboard is for you; this is for everyone else

Your dashboard is for you. The report is for everyone else — a business partner, an accountant, a franchise office, a lender asking what your marketing actually returns.

It carries the same numbers as the dashboard, with no interactive parts and nothing that needs explaining.

How to create one

  1. 1

    Open the report

Go to Report from the left menu. It builds from whatever date range you pick.

  2. 2

    Choose the period

A calendar month is the most useful unit — it lines up with how you’re billed and gives appointments time to hold.

  3. 3

    Press Print

The controls disappear and the sheet fills the page. In the print dialog choose Save as PDF as the destination.

  4. 4

    Send it on

The PDF is a standalone file — no login, no link, nothing to expire.

It's built for paper

The sheet keeps its brand colours when printing, so the money figures stay green rather than turning grey. If your PDF comes out colourless, turn on “Background graphics” in the print dialog.

What’s on the sheet

  • Recovered revenue for the period, as the headline.
  • The funnel — conversations, qualified, booked and held.
  • Hold rate, and how it compares with the 60% target.
  • What you paid, against what was booked and held.
  • The list of held appointments making up the total.

Nothing on it is a projection. Every figure traces to an appointment that happened.

Who to send it to

  • A partner or co-owner who wants to know whether the spend is working.
  • Your accountant, as context for a marketing line in the books.
  • A lender or franchisor asking for evidence of lead flow.
  • Yourself — a monthly PDF is a record that survives any change of system later.

A monthly habit worth having

On the first working day of each month, run the report for the month just gone and save the PDF. Twelve of those side by side show your seasonality, your growth, and exactly what the phone is worth to the business.

What happens next

Nothing is locked when you generate a report — it’s a view, not a submission. Run it as often as you like, and re-run the same period later if more appointments have since held.

Not yet. For now it’s generated on demand. Owner alerts cover the day-to-day — see Notifications.
