A missed call is often a lost job: many callers who reach voicemail simply ring the next business. CaughtLeads gives a business an AI receptionist that answers its calls, takes the caller's details, answers questions from the business's own information, and books the appointment into its calendar.

It is built for owner-operated home-services businesses, such as heating and cooling, roofing, plumbing and electrical contractors, and for other businesses that live on inbound leads, such as real estate teams. The owner keeps the number they already advertise and forwards calls to their assistant.

The dashboard shows what happened: calls answered, appointments booked, and which of those appointments were held.

The rules it runs by

• Every call opens by telling the caller they are speaking with an AI assistant, that the call may be recorded, and how to opt out.
• Texts go only to people who agreed to hear from that business, and STOP always works.
• Texting is registered with the carriers under each business's own details. Numbers are never shared between businesses.
• We report appointments that were booked and held. We never promise revenue or project earnings.
• Pricing is published, usage-based, and can be cancelled online at any time.
