What actually happens

One missed call, start to finish

Every call your business gets follows the same seven steps. Nothing here needs setting up by hand — it’s what your receptionist does on its own, from the moment the phone rings.

  1. A customer calls

    0 sec

Your number rings. Nobody has to be free to answer it.

  2. CaughtLeads answers

    2 rings

It picks up on the first or second ring — day, night, or while you're under a sink.

  3. It understands the request

    live

It listens to what the customer actually needs, in their own words.

  4. It collects the details

    ~60 sec

Name, number, address, and what the job is — asked in a natural order.

  5. The lead is captured

    saved

Everything lands in your account as a lead you can act on, with the recording attached.

  6. Booked, transferred, or followed up

    booked

It offers a real slot on your calendar, hands urgent calls to a person, or promises a callback.

  7. You get the opportunity

    + revenue

You're alerted straight away, and the job shows up in your numbers at the end of the month.

Hear it before your customers do

The fastest way to understand CaughtLeads is to ring it. Make a test call, listen to the recording, and read the transcript — then change one answer and hear the difference on the next call.

All questions
Most owners are answering live calls within 15 minutes. You add your business details, list the work you take, set your hours, then make a test call to hear it yourself. Nothing about your existing phone changes until you decide to forward it.
Yes. You keep your number and simply forward calls to CaughtLeads — either all calls, or only the ones you don't pick up within a few rings. Your number stays yours, and you can turn forwarding off at any time from your phone.
Your receptionist identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call, and tells the caller the call may be recorded. That is a legal requirement in most places, and in practice callers do not mind: they care about being answered and getting a time booked.
It doesn't guess. If a caller asks something outside what you've taught it, it says it will have someone follow up, captures their details and the question, and alerts you. You can also set it to transfer certain calls straight to a person.
It answers every hour of every day. Outside your business hours it says you're closed, still captures the lead, and books the first slot you're actually open. You can set separate rules for genuine emergencies.
Open the call, read the transcript, and find the detail it got wrong. Correct that detail in Business Config — a price, an hour, a service you don't offer — and it applies to every call from then on. You are teaching a record, not retraining a model.
