How it connects
Working from day one
This connection is part of the product itself. Setup happens with you on the onboarding call, and nothing is left for you to maintain.
Export from anywhere
QuickBooks, an old CRM, a spreadsheet in a drawer. If it has names and phone numbers, it works. We help you map the columns.
Consent gate on every row
Each contact carries a consent status. Contacts without documented consent are never texted, full stop. That protects you legally.
Scrub before sending
Do-not-call and reassigned-number checks run against the list before a single message goes out.
Reactivation runs
Personalized texts go to eligible contacts, replies get a real conversation, and interested customers get booked onto your calendar.
Questions about the CSV import connection
My list is messy. Is that a problem?
No. Messy lists are normal. Duplicates are merged on phone number and bad rows are flagged instead of imported blind.
Is texting my old customers legal?
With documented consent, yes. That is why the consent field is mandatory and why we run a re-consent flow when documentation is thin.
How fast do results show up?
Reactivation replies typically arrive within hours of a send. Every booked result appears on your attribution dashboard as it happens.
