How it connects
Working from day one
This connection is part of the product itself. Setup happens with you on the onboarding call, and nothing is left for you to maintain.
Connect your Cal.com account
During onboarding we link your Cal.com API key and pick the event type that represents an on-site visit or consultation. Five minutes, done together.
Set your real working hours
Your Cal.com availability is the source of truth. Buffers, days off, and working hours are respected automatically. No double bookings.
The receptionist offers live slots
On every call, CaughtLeads pulls your actual open slots and offers two or three concrete times instead of sending a link nobody clicks.
The booking lands everywhere
The confirmed event appears in Cal.com, on the connected Google Calendar, and in your CaughtLeads dashboard tied to the call recording.
Questions about the Cal.com connection
Does the caller get a booking link?
No, and that is the point. The appointment is booked during the call. Links get ignored; a confirmed time on the calendar holds.
What about double bookings?
Slots are queried live at the moment of booking, so two callers cannot take the same slot. Cal.com remains the single source of truth.
Can different services book different event types?
Yes. During setup we can map service types to separate event types with their own durations and buffers.
