Questions about the Google Calendar connection
Do you need direct access to my Google account?
No. The connection runs through Cal.com's official Google integration. We never see your password, and you can revoke access anytime.
Can it check multiple team calendars?
Yes, through Cal.com's team scheduling: it can look across techs or agents and book whoever is free.
Does it send calendar invites to the customer?
If we captured an email on the call, yes. Otherwise the customer gets an SMS confirmation instead.
