How it connects

We do the wiring. You approve it.

No API keys, no Zap-building homework. CaughtLeads is done for you, and that includes connecting your tools.

  1. Tell us where your leads should land

On the onboarding call you show us how your team uses Slack today: pipelines, owners, tags, and what counts as a new lead.

  2. We wire the connection

Our team connects CaughtLeads to Slack through its API, Zapier, or n8n. You never touch a webhook or an API key unless you want to.

  3. You approve a test lead

We push a clearly marked test record end to end and walk you through exactly where it landed in Slack before anything goes live.

  4. Every caught lead flows in automatically

From then on, every answered call, booked appointment, and follow-up outcome is written into Slack with its recording and source attached.

Questions about the Slack connection

Do I have to set up the Slack connection myself?

No. CaughtLeads is a done-for-you service. Our team builds and tests the Slack connection during onboarding, and you approve it before it goes live.

What if my setup is unusual?

If Slack exposes it through its API, we can usually map to it. Custom fields, stages, round-robin owners, and tags are all normal requests.

Will this create duplicate records?

We match on phone number first, so a repeat caller updates the existing record instead of creating a new one. Dedupe rules are agreed with you during the test.

Stop losing leads in the handoff.

Twenty minutes. We will show you a call getting answered, booked, and landing in Slack, with the recording to prove it.
